Quality Control standards

Specialty Machining is actively implementing the necessary measures in 2021 to become AS9100D and ISO9001:2015 certified. Our first and second stage audits are scheduled in May and June of 2022. This will help ensure customer trust in our production processes for projects that are both Aerospace and commercial applications oriented.

At a previous company specializing in medical device components manufacturing, owner David successfully developed, implemented and maintained an ISO13485:2003 system in 2011, followed by a successful transition to ISO13485:2016 system in mid-2017 at the same company. During this time, David managed a parallel ISO9001:2008 certification at the same facility for non-medical components manufacturing.
